2012 Founders Festival Parade

The Founders Festival Parade is a weekend highlight, featuring all kinds of floats, cool cars and marching bands.   This year's theme is "Winter Wonderland."  Parade steps off at 9:40am arriving in downtown at 10:00am.  It begins at Power Rd. and Grand River Ave traveling west through Downtown Farmington ending at Liberty St.

The Botsford Ramblers and Band-Aid Brigade, the Detroit Moslem Shriners with 12 acts to entertain, Harmony Acres Horses and many other great floats, community and civic organizations along with local businesses will come through Downtown. With over 80 acts of entertainment, this  year's parade is a can't miss! Bring a blanket or lawn chair and join in the cheering crowds.
